Shipping policy

At Mila The Label, every order is packed with care and sent from our home on Hawaii's North Shore. We ship worldwide because beautiful things deserve to travel.

US Orders (Free Shipping)
All US orders ship free. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days via USPS or UPS. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

International Orders
International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.
