SHIPPING POLICY
At Mila The Label, every order is packed with care and sent from our home on Hawaii’s North Shore. We ship worldwide because beautiful things deserve to travel.
US Orders — Free Shipping
All US orders ship free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for $16 via USPS Priority Mail (4–7 business days). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
International Orders — Free Shipping over $150
International orders over $150 ship free via USPS Priority Mail International (5–12 business days). Orders under $150 ship for $29. Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to show movement.
Lost or Missing Orders
Mila The Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by tracking. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at milathelabelinfo@gmail.com or call (808) 465-0755.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love every piece you bring home from Mila The Label. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on full-priced items. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items, swimwear, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Return
Email us at milathelabelinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply within 2 business days with your Return Authorization Number. Please mark this clearly on the outside of your parcel.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to the limited and handmade nature of our pieces we don’t offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the style or size you need.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at milathelabelinfo@gmail.com or call (808) 465-0755. We’ll make it right immediately.
